If I could give no stars I would the is the worst storage con I’ve ever used. The facility is not in good condition. This year the roof was leaking and flooded most units on my floor. All my clothes have been destroyed. The claims process is miserable. The manager Yildred is an unprofessional nightmare. She took over after the flood. When I realized damage I notified her she said there was no flood. I luckily had the voicemail from the previous manager. She has never attempted to assist or look at the damage. She lied to the insurance company. You can’t get the district manager and nobody ever answers the phone. If you have valuables do not use this company. They want money but could care less about customers service. Save yourself the trouble. I regret choosing this facility and company. I’ve left multiple requests from Customer Service to get the district manager and the only person that contacts me is the store sometimes. The worst experience I’ve ever had. Consequences of picking a place in Atlanta.

I’ve been a CubeSmart customer for several years, with units in both New York and Georgia, and overall my experience has been positive. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and secure, and the staff has generally been courteous and helpful. My only concern has been the frequency and speed of rate increases. As a long-term customer, it would have been appreciated to receive more consideration or clearer communication regarding these changes, particularly since the increases occurred in less than a year. That said, CubeSmart remains a reliable storage option, and I hope the company continues to find ways to balance business needs with loyalty to long-standing customers.

Clean facility and Yieldred and Kimbery are great examples of true customer service. They were informative, polite and personable. You should really value these employees (I am sure you do) as they are true assets to the business!

Please beware my unit was broken into! Not sure how and I believe it was an inside job because my access log was deleted on April 3 and how would they know to target my unit? I had two pairs of men shoes in there brand new and they didn’t take those however they took every feminine article out of here and left a couple clothes! Every pair of shoe! I very handbag! Every perfume! My valuable jewelry! My birth certificate! Valuable items are gone. Please beware and do not rent here! They stole my whole life out of there.
