Having a storage space at this location has been super convenient and the service is always great. The facility is always clean and quiet no matter the time of day or night that I've popped by. Recently, I dropped a very special holiday pillow in the elevator. Figuring someone found it and took it, I reluctantly called to see if by some lucky chance it was there. I spoke to Gerald and he happily let me know that they found my pillow and had it in the office. When I arrived to pick it up, he brought right out, wrapped in plastic for protection. I'm ecstatic and thank the wonderful management here at Extra Space. Thanks, Gerald!

Gerald is awesome, it’s been at least 1.5 months since I’ve been to this location and as soon as I walked in Gerald remembered my name. He is always personable, knowledgeable and eager to help. In todays climate where customer service has fallen off, Gerald reminds me of the good ole days when people cared about customers. Please acknowledge Gerald he certainly deserves it!
