What can I say? This location exceeded expectations. Jacqueline who runs the facility is amazing. She gave us a full tour, keeps the place super safe and clean, bright and well lit, introduced us to staff and security. We plan to be here a long time so we’re thankful this worked out so well.

I spoke with Ms Jacqueline on the phone and when I arrived onsite. She and Mr. Goat showed me through the facility and to my storage unit. The facility is clean and comfortable.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve been comparing storage units and I’ve had a welcoming experience at this location. Ms.Jacqueline has been nice about answering questions and making me feel safe. She’s also the first woman property manager I’ve spoken to. The men at other locations were nice but Ms.Jacqueline was more reassuring to me as a single woman. To add, she helped me settle on a way to hang my clothes. As a first timer I really appreciate my storage aunty. I also spoke with A K over the phone and she was my favorite representative. Very polite, funny, and helped me understand math lol. I’ll return to comment on actual experience throughout my stay!

We have been renters here for over 10 years. This place has been completely turned around since Jacqueline has taken over about 2 years ago. I never thought of customer service at storage unit, but it is present and thriving here. The location is clean, well maintenance and convenient.

Ms. Jacqueline made my bad experience, into a wonderful experience!!! I visited the Northside Drive location, when we arrived there was no one available to talk to, no one to show my ID to or even to complain to. Before I arrived and did my reservation I requested a climate controlled unit, arrived at Northside Drive and realized that this location doesn't offer this. I called and spoke with customer service, explained to them that no one was there, I could get in the gate, and the code kept saying see manager. THERE WAS NO MANAGER!!! So by God's order I was told to go to the Howell Mill location and I see why Ms. Jacqueline is the "GOAT". She fixed my issue, she gave us a tour, explained to lay out, and here we are!!!! All ready to move in. THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. JACQUELINE. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT THIS BUSINESS NEEDS, NOT JUST TODAY, BUT EVERY DAY.
