Mike, the property manager, has excellent managerial and customer service skills. He's professional & informative. He assisted in resolving customer-created issues. For example, I misplaced/lost my unit keys and wanted to know the options. He gave them. He also gave updates during the process as I followed his recommendation. The problem was completely resolved and cost free except for the price of my new locks! Check out was seamless, too! Thanks, Mike. Thanks, Public Storage.

!!Please note.. there will be $21 added due to them wanting you to use THEIR tube style lock!!. Its a first for me. It did not show up on the online booking until confirming reservation. The best thing is being able to setup online without going in store. Have to pay extra $20 if want 24 hour access.

Awesome property manager, who’s very engaging and helpful. Very stressful time in my life and Michael made me feel safe & well cared for. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised that the office was exceptionally CLEAN. IM a retired environmental, health and safety engineer who knows how important to one’s health and safety to have a clean work environment. Plus, it’s not just about health it’s also about presentation to the public.
