Jey , Tisha, Xavier were amazing. I had to move out today and they were helpful and understanding. I needed extra time, though I reserve the truck for 10am, I didn’t start moving until around 1pm. So I asked for extra time and they granted it.i will definitely return when itt is time for me to live again. Thank you guys so much for having great customer service, something that businesses are missing these days. (December 1, 2025)

Xavier is the “haul” package! Rented a U-Haul from the Space Shop in Atlanta, and Xavier absolutely knocked it out of the park. He helped me early, was quick, diligent, and had everything rolling smooth. If you need great service, don’t stall—U-Haul better call Xavier!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience with The Space Shop while coordinating a storage move from Athens to Atlanta. I spoke with both Jaden and Jamal on separate occasions, and they completely handled everything for me—from reserving a spot to helping me figure out what size space I needed to making sure I got the best price possible. There was also a female manager there who was right there working and assisting when needed. I didn’t get her name. When I arrived right at 9:00 AM when they opened, everything was ready and prepared—no waiting, no confusion, no stress. I was even able to buy a lock on-site, which made the whole process seamless. And the space was clean and the lighting bright. Ahhhhhh They truly made what could have been a complicated move incredibly easy. Professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend. ⸻ If you want it shorter, more casual, or tweaked to sound more “quick-hit Google review,” say the word and I’ll tighten it.

Had a great experience here. Check-in was quick and the checkout process was just as fast and easy. The guys were really nice and accommodating. I appreciate how smooth everything went. Would definitely use this location again.
