She shows compassion when dealing with frustrating customers and tries her best to troubleshoot and problem solve. She makes sure that the customers leaves satisfied and every box is checked! Love the facility and the staff is usually very nice! However to raise rent without notifying the tenants is extremely unfair! And to raise it 20 dollars more a month. I say stay away folks! Find a place that doesn’t increase your rent randomly without explaining they are doing so any why! I’ve had my storage for a year and the rent has gone up twice! I can’t wait to move my things elsewhere.

I just recently rented a few units at this facility and I am beyond pleased with location. The staff was extremely helpful and it was a very easy and quick process to rent. Rates were great too!! The building was very clean on the inside and out and the covered loading area was awesome, especially while I was moving things in during a storm. I highly recommend this place.
