parking spaces for trailers are a little confusing. Maybe i’m slow, but they don’t make it very obvious. they give you a letter and a number, P30 for example. you look around and can’t find P, but you see numbers. is this P? Is it L? Who knows? i called customer service, and they were little help because they weren’t actually there. the experience would’ve been a lot smoother if they had someone in-store. this is the trade off you get for cheaper lots. Hope this helps.
Somewhat OccupiedExtremely odd at first. Original website wouldn’t take my card, then realized I had to go to Gmail to complete the form. It made it more complicated than needed. And some info is barely given to you like your entrance code so you got to go inside to the room and get a virtual assistant. The guy was extremely helpful and helped me with everything I needed to know! I do highly recommend this place! And my experience was complicated from their website perspective, not the place itself! :)
