My business storage unit door at the Buford Commerce Drive location has been broken and unable to be secured for over two weeks despite repeated reports to management. The condition has prevented reliable access to business equipment and exposed stored property to weather and potential loss. I have continued making full payments during this time and am requesting immediate resolution and repair!!

I love speaking to Mrs. Michelle. She has a beautiful spirit and it almost made me not want to do auto pay so I could just call and have a chat. In the prices are great they fluctuate but nothing like their competitors. They will have our business for as long as we are here

A big shout-out to Francis, the property manager—he goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Yes, my name is Johnny woods.My fiancé's name is Amy Bush.We were using self compass storage of buford , georgia address 4365 commerce dr Buford Georgia 30518 we are only a couple $100 behind payment. Then talking to the guy. Nothing worth value in the storage. A couple pictures and some Ashes of my fiancé's mom that just passed away. We live in Washington State and I just needed them to work with me i told them I would pay the 200 plus an extra month of rent and we wouldn't use the month of rent. Are we wanted was her mom's Ashes out of there. He\n Said he didn't care about the Ashes. It wasn't his problem. We could pay the money or he'd throw the Ashes away. "UPDATE": Contacted Compass Self Storage in Buford this afternoon 10/21/25...was told that the unit did not sell, I asked what I had to pay since it did not sell and keep my unit, was told by Frances that "the items are NO LONGER MINE OR SHOULD I SAY MY DECEASED MOTHERS ALONG WITH HER ASHES...Frances would not tell me when the next auction is and hung up on me. Very rude, very unprofessional and as of today I have left 4 voicemails for the owner who responded to my previous review with yet to receive a call back. Please someone respond to me ASAP. THIS MAY NOT MEAN ANYTHING TO THEM...BUT THE ITEMS MEAN THE WORLD TO ME. I would leave zero stars if I could. My mother passed away unexpectedly I came to Georgia from Washington State to get her estate in order, I had to find a storage unit to put my moms furniture and some belongings in, and devastating and unfortunately enough her remains or ashes were accidentally loaded in the moving truck by one of the hired movers and put in the storage with her belongings as devastating as that was to hear, I was only behind one and a half months on payment when the storage company told me it was being placed in auction stage I called and told them I would have the money in just a couple days they said I could pay 200 extra now on the phone and come pay the rest but I had to be there in two hours they know i live in Washington State i couldn't be there in two hours I told them my mom's Ashes were in there with pictures and other keepsakes that's all I have left of her and they literally told me they didn't care. My unit still hasn't gone up for auction and they still will not contact me back or work with me in anyway all I want is to pay them what I owe them to get my mother's Ashes and personnel items back it's all I have of her please someone help
