My husband and I stopped in as we were passing by. We were originally booking at another location but wanted to stop here instead. I’m so glad we did! We met the most amazing man named, Chamberlain! His customer service was the BEST!!! He helped us in more ways than we could have imagine! He made our decision to switch locations very easy! No need to second guess. He even had snacks for our kids! I feel comfortable having all of our belongings here in this facility.

I was given a code to use and I tried it after hours and it didn’t work. I tried to call someone to fix the problem and no one answered. I got a small unit initially and paid $37.00 but upgraded to a bigger size and was told it wasn’t going to be a much difference in price but I had to pay double, $76.00!!! It’s not even that big.
