Storage Sense - Clarkesville - HWY17

I just got off the phone with their corporate office after attempting to reach the local one. My rate increased, despite a previously signed contract and I was also somehow enrolled in autopay at the same time. I was told by the corporate office that they were not able to assist me and they saw notes in their system that I had enrolled in autopay. I told them that wasn't the case and they said they didn't believe me and the only thing they could do was escalate the issue to the local office to address. What is the point of having people answer the phones if they are not able to actually help? The communication is terrible. I have a difficult time getting in touch with the local office anytime I reach out, and now I have them automatically taking money out of my account at the same time my rate increases. Seems suspect to me. **UPDATE** I still have not been contacted about the issues I've experienced. They can respond to a review, but can't respond to an email or call back.
