Anna has always been kind, honest and is always helpful. She is a wonderful person and I’m going to miss her. Each and every time I came to my unit she’s there with a smile on her face. She keeps the property clean every day and there’s no issues with my unit. The location is easy to find and safe. There’s a police station just seconds away. I would definitely recommend CubeSmart to others.

Storage facility clean and conveniently located near my home. Pricing promotions are pretty good but insurance is a bit much imo. My main reason and deciding factor for choosing CubeSmart is really because of Anna. She is extremely professional and personable. Her customer service is excellent and you can see she truly cares about her job and her customers. CubeSmart Shelf Storage in Alcovy Rd has been such an amazinggg storage center for me! I appreciate Anna and Brandon’s welcoming and kind hospitality that they’ve shown since I’ve first walked in needing a quick and cost efficient place to store my belongings. The location is nice and they make sure to upkeep on the property, very organized and nice storage center!
