I had a terrific experience with your personnel. I am super glad to know you make the difference by having a friendly human being at the office. Corey was out of this world. Great asset to your company. Two years ago, I had to storage all my furniture in another place, you were just building it. It was horrible not being able to reach anybody. Customer service was in Philippine's. Opening and closing storage unit was so difficult, even finding it because numbers were not in order. It was a mess. One time, I opened storage place, I left country, when I returned, my unit was locked, because they said, I did not close it right, so they locked. I had to wait several hours to have a human being to open the lock. I was in a hurry, I just had arrived from my trip, and I needed move my furniture back to my place. My experience there was not pleasant. I like that you are so clean and tidy. I had to bring several odor killers to other place, even put parfum, because it was very stinky.
