Mr. MIHILA called me to inquire if my move-in was satisfactory.....it just so happened that I was on the premises when I received the call.... I was very concerned about the amount of spiders I was seeing.......Mihila showed up in three minutes to personally sweep the unit and use a leaf blower to remove all the cobwebs and debris. VIP service!

Watch out for price increases and charges after you move out! I moved out of the unit on 2/2, received an email saying my balance due was $0, and the next day I received an email stating that I was charged $159. The original price I was quoted increased significantly after just 3 months there, I would not use this company again.
