This place is disgusting and horrible at the same time! Been here 6 years and when they took over they made a good impression a year ago. Now the place is a dump. Landscape is hardly taken care of, the company would blow the leaves underneath my trailer, blow dirt underneath the door to my outside unit, and hardly ever cut the grass. Well guess what that attracts? Mice and other varmits! Yep my unit is full of feces and dead mice. Horrible customer service when they find out they are not taking care of the property. Was told 3 times by 3 different workers a district manager would call me to discuss the issue. 6 days later still haven’t received a call from district manager. Of course they want their money for rent when they don’t upkeep the property. Property manager was rude and a condescending back talker without any customer service skills. She needs some more training on how to deal with people that their lack of management skills caused! In the process of getting my things out

I have been using this Public Storage for a year and I have to say that Mrs. Tabitha is the best and is very professional. I have had some financial issues since moving in my storage but she has always made me feel like a valued customer and even when my storage went to auction she called me to let me know that someone has won the bid on my unit and what options I had. I can’t say enough about Mrs. Tabitha. Thank you so much for being so knowledgeable and compassionate. Your professionalism is to be honored. Your company should be happy to have you. I just love being with Public Storage, especially because of her.
