Corie is a dream to work with! We've had a unit at this location for almost two years. The grounds and buildings are always clean and lit up. I feel safe there at all times. Corie is great at working with us and making us feel cared for. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Dawsonville Hwy!

I absolutely love this storage space. Not only is it clean and the climate is well controlled, but Corey the gentleman who runs the place, is absolutely outstanding. He knows his business inside and out, and he's an incredible people person. He runs a very fine establishment. This place is second to none. 10 out of 10. I love a well oiled machine and this guy keeps it that way!

I'm very upset with extra space. On the 4th month of having my unit they jacked up the rate from 83 to 155. I did not receive no email or phone call no notification that my rate was going up. I am currently looking to move my property to a location close to me due to this high rate increase. I'm on a fixed income and can not afford this outrageous increase. That's a 72.00 increase. Not to mention there is no security keeping your things secure. There's no fence and no gate keeping non customers out. My husband and I have found the door to the building forced open and not closed all the way several times. If they were smart they would put up a fence with a gate and a keypad for security. I have 2 locks on my unit for extra security. Update: I don't know who the new manager is that took over but ever since he took over the bathroom by my unit stays nasty and out of toilet paper. The bathroom is always nasty and has crap in the toilet and it smells so bad. The manager before him always kept the bathroom clean it always smelled like bleach and always smelled clean and was clean and it always had toilet paper. The new manager needs to do better. I used to be a property manager for a storage facility for almost 4 years and I always kept my property nice and clean. If you need a new property manager I'd be interested in working for this company. I have t star reviews and my customers were always happy.

Corie was friendly and professional. He gave us a tour and made sure we could access the building with our code and demonstrated how to use the unit lock. Corie also told us where the bathroom facilities and water fountain are located. He provided us with his card and contact information in the event we need his assistance.
