New facility that is clean and has a human person managing it on site. Uses the digital lock system so no physical lock required with service elevators at the entrance to access the second floor. Cameras are everywhere for added security. Also has platforms carts for free to use as needed.

Storing some items in 2 different units. Super nice to show up and have a person to speak to instead of a computer screen. On-site agent Brianna was super nice and helpful and walked me to the units and loaded the app.on my phones homescsreen for easy access.

I don’t have direct experience with this storage facility, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Bri when she was covering for the manager at another location, and she was absolutely wonderful. I had called to finish setting up my unit rental, and even though she wasn’t the regular manager for that facility, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Bri went above and beyond to make sure I had the information and resources I needed, even for questions outside her usual scope. If her professionalism and helpfulness are any indication, renting directly from her at Smart Move Storage must be an excellent experience. She’s honest, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
