First of all my rent was originally $89 for a 10x20. By the end of the year it was over $150 and now it’s $237. I was on auto pay for a while when all of a sudden it wasn’t without my knowledge, and was charged a late fee. Getting through to speak with the location manager generally takes days but when you want to pay there’s plenty of people to talk to. So I decided to relocate. When I started moving I found that all of my belongings were covered in heavy dust and most all of the soft goods had been eaten up by rats or something. I had two deer mounts chewed up as well. Boxes on the floor had indications of water damage, so obviously there’s no moisture barrier under the slab. So I give them an “F” all around. A big corporation has bought them out and customer service is non existent. I was able to find the same unit elsewhere for only $107, with someone actually managing the office.

By my own mistake I bought a unit without climate control. I am leaving on a deployment for a year and needed it. In a couple hours they really went out of their way to move me and find me the unit I needed. I was even refunded for the old one and set up on a new contract within an hour. Despite it being virtually owned I received top notch service from not only the manager but also the field agent.

After changing companies I can say my experience is decent but not over the top great. When it rains my old unit leaks and some of my things were effected my water damage after telling the manager I wasn’t moved until I downgraded roughly 3 months later. I would’ve moved sooner to a different place but they have always helped me out when I was a couple dollars short on my bill or had any questions. Chris is a great manager and I love the way she handles business. I feel as though loyalty matters and we don’t always have to like everything about something or someone to be loyal.

It was fairly easy after having to call customer service about an error message in the contract sent via email. They were able to fix it immediately. It's a challenge to navigate through the facility if you have a bigger truck. Don't attempt with a trailer. Upon moving out, the unit was cleaned thoroughly and I notified them with photos to let them know. I'm assuming you don't get your deposit back cause nothing was said about it.
