I'm in process of buying a house now and I'm building a large garage on my property so I won't need to store anything. If I need anything in the future I'll definitely be calling them.

Our experience would have been 5 star IF customer service had not been outsourced where it is now,which is overseas. When Lafayette Store It previously had people to speak with in AMERICA for assistance regarding anything, it was 5 star. Now, since outsourced, it is 3 star at best. Of course,we don't require customer service constantly but, when we do, we want to speak with and support Americans.
Amanda GilreathGreat place! Convenient! It's not climate controlled, but they keep the place really nice and the prices aren't bad and you get insurance coverage for just a few bucks more! If you need a place to store things, this is definitely a place to check out. I have read the review posted from 6 months ago before mine and things have changed, they have video cameras and they have police officers going by every day.
Carie ShropshireIt was an amazing place to store your stuff until they changed ownership. The second month after they took over my storage building was broken into and alot of our stuff was stolen. I had that storage building for 2 year prior to that and nothing was ever stolen. They said there was nothing they could do about it because I didnt go to an insurance company and take out renters insurance so there was nothing anyone could do. So I moved what was left of my stuff to a different storage company and had no problems there.
