The only thing that I did not like was the increase on the rates. If they would do a garrante rate lock in for a year or 2 year promo consistently i would have stayed longer. But I was their 6yrs in a first floor unit, close to the main door which was great. I can't complain about that at all. Nice staff and clean and safe facilities. I would use them again, and hope they do a new rate promotion to better scale rate increases. If you rent over 6 months do 5% increase and leave it..maybe 2 of those in a year. If you stay over 2 years do a 7% increase 2 times a year. Still offer promotion deals to long term renters during slow periods. Still cool. Just make sure you have a plan and try not to over stay, your items will be clean and safe but it will cost you. In all good experience.

Thank you to Jonathan and the other staff member for being so attentive and professional. They even called several times in advance to clearly explain the facility conditions, which I truly appreciated. During our visit, they were very friendly and welcoming. I wish more customer service teams would follow their example.

Excellent customer service! Kenney is super helpful and so willing to make your experience a pleasant one. Went above and beyond to make sure my lock worked and that my unit was sized correctly. Great facility for storage and in a great location. Everything is modern and super clean as well!

Terrible customer service. Jonathan was extremely rude, to the point where the situation nearly escalated. The positive reviews praising his customer service seem very questionable at best. It’s hard to believe he consistently provides good service unless he’s connected to the owner, because nothing about our interaction reflected professionalism.

Great staff, Jonathan and Kenny are very polite and helpful and I would recommend this storage facility due to the upkeep is very excellent and storage units are easy to find.
