10 Federal Storage - Dailey Mill Rd

My experience with this storage facility has been far from ideal. When I initially rented the storage unit, I was provided with a unit number, a map, and the facility address. However, upon arriving at the location, I couldn’t find the assigned unit anywhere. I contacted customer service, and they advised me to follow the directions on the map. I explained that I had done so, but the unit was not in the building indicated. The following day, I called again, and customer support gave me the same instructions: follow the map. After leaving the storage facility, I noticed another sign for "10 Federal Storage" and drove there, only to discover a different part of the building. However, the new location didn’t match the address on my rental agreement, and the access code provided did not work. I reached out to customer service again, and they issued a new access code along with a new unit. I was finally able to access the building and move my belongings in. However, I was surprised to find that the new unit was slightly larger than the original, which I wasn’t informed about. To add to the frustration, this change came with an unexpected price increase.

The ease and access to this facility was definitely at the top of my list! Moving can already be stressful so from being able to reserve and rent and go straight to my unit all in basically one step remotely is fantastic! I definitely recommend and am considering using this facility for business overflow purposes!

The reason it gets 5 stars is only for 2 things. 1) I did everything online and my unit was waiting on me to check in, which is very convenient these days. ANDDDDD 2) THEY ARE 24 HOUR ACCESS, which for the price that I paid, and in the area it's located (North Henry County) you can't beat the price!! And it's a safe location on a non major street

Setting up my rental was easy; the prices seem competitive with (or lower than) other places nearby; and the site is clean and secure. We've been here a few months now and are still happy with this location.

I was in a time crunch with not a lot of money when I found 10 federal storage they was able to help me and get me in a storage unit that same day with only a few dollars. I would recommend them to anyone
