After having my belongings in here for a year I'm editing my review. I came to grab all my items out of storage and noticed my INSIDE climate controlled unit is infested with worms. I have a hair dryer completely unusable now. When I spoke with management I was told that has been a problem with that unit for some time and that pest control should be spraying but they probably only spray the outside parameter. Since I have my own insurance there isn't much they can do. So why the hell are units being rented that are known to have bug problems! This will be my last time storing in a storage.

I'd like to say that I recently was i need of a storage space and Compass Self Storage in McDonough, GA location.. the staff was more than helping and the storage space price points were more than fair... .the non climate control unit is what I chose and the unit was clean and I want to thank the location general manager Trevor Anglin for taking care of us ( me and my Loved one ) if you ever need good customer service and a clean storage unit..I definitely recommend the Compass McDonough, GA location on McDonough Pkwy. ..tell them I sent you 😎

Very helpful and attentive company ! I was indecisive on my move for about a month and a wonderful worker by the name of Tim went above and beyond to make sure I was stacked with information and the best deals. He followed up behind all of his work and with the way my brain works, I needed that ! 😆 The sign up process was so quick and easy with Tim !!! My experience here was HORRIBLE: 1. How the prices kept doubling every 3 months although nothing changed as far as service went. 2. No one is ever in the office ever. Not even during business hours. You call a phone # thats been taped to the glass door and they tell you to wait 45 minutes to an hour for them to adventually show up. 3. No one EVER answers the office phone and NEVER returns your phone call even though you have called 6 times that day and left messages on the answering machine. 4. The pavement is as ghetto as possible. Don't paint the problem spots yellow.... fix them!!!! Especially if you keep jacking up the price of the units every 3 months. Take some pride in the location.
