I needed to get into a unit quickly do to the chaos of my sick mother which I had 2 day notice with trying to get to Washington State for a broad meeting i couldn't cancel nor video conference. Miss Penny with her reassuring spirit she has was able to help me get the unit I needed in a very short notice.
