Rented a unit at the end of November. They had a 1st month free promo, but billed us 1 week later. We paid the 1st bill thenreceived a notice at the end of December that our unit was locked due to nonpayment. My daughters & I have tried to call the bldg multiple times & have gone up there & have not been able to find anyone to speak to. Phone messages go un-returned. There are plenty of other storage places here that I’m sure are better.

First time renting at the public storage on park ave climate control unit was a must for me. Got on the property and immediately ran into Austin who was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and helped ease my move in tremendously as well as having a great conversation and it not feeling like a business transaction but talking to a friend 10/10 service will recommend to my friends and family

I went in the lobby and it smells like smoke. The boy with long hair is sitting in his car smoking marijuana. Very unprofessional.

Not a renter but a auction buyer one of the smoothest processes i’ve had going to get my unit property was easy to navigate and the manager on site austin hunted down carts and brought them over to me to help the process and gave us plenty of time to empty everything out awesome customer service!

I've been renting since July of 2023. I have always been able to speak and do business with a real person face to face on site. They've changed everything. No one on site. I had to go to the lobby call them to get a person to talk with so they could allow me to transfer. They took my money before I was even able to see the unit and transfer from 1 to the other. The unit I was suppose to transfer to was busted could not lock the unit. So my drive over was for nothing. I had to go back into the lobby area and call someone again. Let them know I could not move to the new unit I paid for and to keep me in my original unit. Lots of paperwork and alot of my time was lost. Ridiculousness I have to say. This is a big thumbs down 👎 not a good idea. Below are pics of the broken door lock.
