Love this place. Lacey took me around to my unit and is just a peach. All the ladies in the office were very nice. Highly recommend. Customer service is not gone it's at sugar hill storage. So clean.

The service I recieve from the staff at Sugar Hill Self Storage is amazing. Always so warm and friendly. But mostly helpful! They have all been so helpful with everything that I have needed since I started storing my items here a few months ago. It’s always clean and I always feel safe even when I need to come at night.

This is the initial review as a new customer x12 hours. Holly was one of the trifecta of professional customer support at the main office of Sugar Hill Self Storage that assisted me. In preparation, I was ready to defend myself from aggressive sales pitches and extras. However, Holly was approachable and clear. The Sugar Hill Self Storage building is brand new, so it has that new car feel that you hope in time will still be a great, smooth, dependable ride. The fact that this is a single owner-controlled facility, where he basically designed the building, established its standards, is actually on site most of the time, and has his some of his items stored there, added a bit more support for me to make a decision. Holly was the most instrumental in leaning towards my decision. She was great in explaining: the prices; the unit sizes; the current promotions- highlighting amounts, period end and start, what to expect at promotions end; the likelihood of prize changes; ability to control payments online; their aim in contacting/communicating/verifying with customers before negative payment actions or reminders; potential discounts (after promotions end); as well as probable seamless changing of unit size that works best later. Holly was clear, transparent, direct in her communication and actually provided advice after showing my initial choice size. I did not feel overwhelmed in agreeing to her suggestion. Additionally, it was a relief that I could use my already started renter’s insurance to cover their requirements and there was a potential that I could have purchased my own special security lock for the unit, also made this so stress-free. I hope Sugar Hill Self Storage continues the standards, support, professionalism, transparency, and upkeep they have initiated. Maybe open more sites somewhere else in GA when they have things locked down the way they like. I hope to enjoy my use of the storage unit knowing that all is maintained at their consistent, detailed, meticulous standards.

I have had a wonderful experience with Sugar Hill Self Storage! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and caring. The storage facility is easy to navigate and I feel very comfortable there. The building is also spotless! Thank you for helping me find an easy solution for my storage needs!
