Customer service lady doing the best she can but I guess the District manager or whoever TF is in charge could care less about me getting access to my items. My advice good location but old and out of date try a newer facility. Probably rats have found their way in since there is a crack is in the broken door. Go somewhere else, door was off track been almost a month “work order placed” but nothing but they want me to make a payment for a unit I can’t even access and adding on late fees ! All my xmas decorations in there it will be Easter before I can access my things. Really contemplating moving all my stuff out for good! I should be compensated for the whole month I couldn’t get in my unit!!
