If I could give this place NO stars I would. The manager Jill was extremely rude and used profanity along with yelling while speaking to us in front of other customers. Another customer even said they felt uncomfortable and asked for their keys because of how Jill was talking to us. Instead of resolving our deposit issue, she stormed off and told us to call U-Haul, refusing to help despite us being sent there by U-Haul. Completely unprofessional behavior from a manager. I would not recommend this location.

Sandra JeanHave a uhaul reservation and have been sitting outside and calling for 30 minutes. No one will answer. Changed to it online pickup and it still tells us to go inside to the counter but no one is here and no one will answer the phones!!!!!!
