Find a better facility if you truly need to store items you could probably part with... We stored a family members items here while they were getting situated. Our code for the elevator hasn’t worked in months; meaning we were refused access to the unit. Now that we no longer wish to do business with them they’re charging an extra month, 0 explanation. Beware.
