just checked into this storage unit, and it’s honestly the nicest facility I’ve ever been to. The entire place is incredibly clean, modern, and truly state-of-the-art. Everything feels secure, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. I was especially impressed by the check-in representative, Leo. He was so friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. He gave us a great tour and clearly explained how everything works. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free thanks to him. Highly recommend this place—so far, so good!

We needed to find a new storage unit nearby with good prices, so we visited a few different places that day. One was slightly cheaper, but the customer service and how genuinely helpful everyone was made it an easy choice to go with Extra Space Storage. We were also able to pay for 24 months upfront to lock in a great rate, which is extremely helpful for a nonprofit. The office is clean and the staff is truly great. The storage building is well ventilated and the AC is strong, which is definitely a plus. There are three loading stalls right in front of the elevator, which makes moving things in and out really convenient. They also provide carts which are located right before the elevators as well. The parking lot is a bit small, but we have never had trouble finding a spot. Compared to our previous storage unit, this place has been a blessing.

I recently rented a 5’x5’ unit at Extra Space Storage on Queens St, and I had a really great experience. The first unit I was assigned had a vent at the top that cut into the space a bit, which wasn’t ideal. I mentioned it to James, and he immediately took care of it. He made switching to another unit super easy and even waived the transfer fee without me having to push for it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. It’s not every day you come across customer service like that. James was professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. He definitely deserves some recognition for how he handled everything. Location is near us. Building is clean and cool. Price for this space is great. Wish I didn’t have a partition but space is still good. Access is easy but wish they had a door entrance instead of just the gate entrance.
