Extremely disappointed in the change of hands with this facility. Idaho Storage Connection has provided us amazing service and reasonable prices for the last 6 years. They were always friendly and personable, offering what was asked, nothing more. Public Storage came in and brought corporate and private equity infrastructure with it, raising prices and forcing insurance coverage to almost double the rates that were offered previously. Will be happily removing our belongings and finding another local business to support.
