Susan and Rich are great to deal with when needed. I recently. Moved units, as the rent on my current unit after several rate increases was no longer affordable. Susan was very patient and helped me pick the best unit at the best price to accommodate my needs. She also explained that the insurance I’d previously been told was mandatory, but isn’t might cover the items that were damaged in my unit due to mold. Rich later broke down the steps to complete a claim AND left the bathroom unlocked for me, as he knew I’d be moving well after office hours. No five stars due to rate hikes.

Extra Space Storage was clean and hassle free. The person who assisted me provided excellent customer service during a difficult time for my family. I had sold my deceased brother's home and had to get it ready for the buyer with very short notice. Extra Space Storage and their staff came to the rescue. They are AWESOME and I highly recommend them!

I’m glad I found this particular location. For one, they have excellent in-store rates, that’s a rare find. So that alone had me sold.It was conveniently located, for my vehicle storage. A nice clean facility. Shout out to Susan handling my storage needs, and I’m looking forward to be there long term.

I recently ran into some issues with my storage and needed to transfer my belongings to another unit. Rich was incredibly kind and helpful — he personally assisted with moving all of my items and made sure everything was safely transferred. He truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this storage company. The entire staff is friendly and professional, but Rich’s customer service is exceptional.

Rich did a great job. He helped me out with finding the right storage unit showing me around and assisting with everything that is needed of me to get my storage unit. You guys need a lot more of people like rich. I’ll give him five stars for that thank you.
