The space is always clean and the prices are great! Tonight my wife and I visited to get our Christmas decorations. My wife accidentally locked her purse in our unit. Her purse had the car keys, phone, id…everything! Thankfully Jimmy was working the front desk and was able to help us get back into our unit where my wife was quickly able to identify her self as the account holder. Jimmy was super nice and professional and a joy to work with! Super nice guy and superior customer service! Jimmy saved the day! Thanks!

Jimmy is the manager of the location I went to. I’m not sure if he is the only employee at the there, but if not, he’s certainly the one you want. He called shortly after I made my online reservation to both confirm and explain some things about it. On the phone he was patient with my questions and didn’t maneuver feel rushed, even when I overheard another customer walk in. He listed to my needs and gave me back his assessment that I would be renting too large a space. He agreed to meet me in person so that I could see the space. In person, he was as helpful and detailed as on the phone. Pleasant as well. The facilities themselves smelled and looked clean and well maintained. The initial online pricing discount was a nice incentive but I do wish the website made it more plain that this was just an introductory price, something Jimmy explained to me. I will definitely recommend this location to others and would use again.

This is the second year in a row that I have chose Extra Space storage for my daughter who is a student at Loyola. Jimmy is absolutely amazing to work with. Very informative and accomodating. Jimmy takes extra time to make sure the unit selected is convenient, the right size, and also makes sure everything is very clear on how the app works to open doors and access the facility. Great experience 10-star!!

Great customer service! I get very informational calls on payment cycles and got a great step-by-step walkthrough on how to access the unit. Nothing was unexpected and I accessed the storage unit many times with no hassle.
