Please save your money and do not rent from here. The facility will OVER charge your card without authorization. I will be calling corporate to advise that they consider new management before the current store manager costs them business or gets them Sued. Not only has my card been over charged but they will take weeks to remove the their lock from your stage unit AFTER you have paid your bill. It doesn’t matter what your issues are when you call for assistance the Store Manager will spend the call repeatedly cutting you off so that she can blame her employees or tell you it’s “Out of her hands” something she has told me verbatim on multiple occasions. She will promise you a call back and NEVER call you back and will do nothing to assist you in your situation and to make matter worse she will hang up the phone in the middle of your sentence. How someone so unprofessional was put in a Store Manager position is hard to wrap my head around but I hope it isn’t indicative of the standards that Cube Smart has for its other locations because the store manager at the Crest Hill location is going to run it into the ground with her unprofessional and shady business practices. Going into the New Year both her and whoever hired her NEED TO DO BETTER.
