Month or two later they will raise your rent claiming they are adjusting up to match competitors rate. A month later they were running a special on the same size unit I purchased yet refused to lower my rate back to what I sign for. Then they will hire a company to put a lock on your unit if you are late, then charge you a extra $15 to take it off. I wish everything was transparent
