Juliet helped me today rent a storage unit at the Airport Rd./Elgin, Il location. I called around and even visited several locations before I contacted Juliet. The difference between this location and others is night and day. These are a few examples of what I experienced in my short search for a storage unit The other locations have no one onsite to help/answer questions or “the property manager will be there shortly, can you wait 20 minutes”, I was told climate controlled units are not needed to store cabinets/furniture when a climate controlled unit was not available to rent, no one available to speak with until 9:30am, or “we have one unit left so the price is double”. Anyway, Juliet was great to deal with, answered my questions, showed me several options and basically made my search much easier. I would highly recommend Juliet and the Extra Space Storage in Elgin.
