I talked to a very friendly representative first who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Then I went online and signed up super easy. The only negative is that it should be made clear about purchasing the lock which I feel was too high of a price.

Mr. Billy has customer service down. I watched as he juggled at least 3 other customers at the same time on an auction day. He acknowledged each person and updated each as he helped all of us. He never even flinched at the pressure. He made everyone feel so seen and taken care of. This guy needs a raise!

The customer service person was helpful.I have been a customer for 11 years and my rate have gone up and up. The store in Macon on Peake Road is impossible to deal with.
