I have used storage lockers for my business and personal use for decades. This particular place "extra space 673 Barron in Grayslake" is by far the best. They fix the doors as needed, the snow removal has been better than most and right now it has the best manager EVER. ERIC cares about the place and the customer. He makes everything work well.

We are staging our home and required a storage locker to place a few pieces of furniture. This was the our first time ever using storage. The managers at the Grayslake location were very patient with us as we had many questions. They made the entire process really easy. Highly recommend!

Eric Arias was very helpful! It was our first time renting a storage unit, and he took the time to show us the space and guide us through the entire process. He also made it very easy for us to switch to a climate-controlled unit. We’re very happy with the customer service!

I am so upset honestly it was my second time trying to win an auction I won this unit and immediately went to pay so I didn’t have any issues this time. after auction was done and I paid at 1:19 signed papers and left then at 1:44 I got a call from Eric saying sorry to inform you but customer already paid whatever they owed like what why didn’t you tell me while I was at the office, honestly worst experience waste of time and money I had to set up for this.i signed the papers saying i had paid so legally it was mine too but whatever probably never coming back to an extra space fix your rules and make sure everything is good before bidder pays seriously I get the rules but this you guys messed up and I wished you had informed me before wasting gas
