This was my second time using this company and it’s always an easy. My final price was close to my quote and i was very happy with my move. Great experience! I reserved a unit online and went into the store and David helped me and he was Great! personable friendly and very helpful... He provided me plenty of instruction which was very helpful. Unit was clean and easy to access... Rates seem to change weekly if not daily. The only hidden fee is a $3 energy fee which seems pretty lame since there is no place to use any energy... other than that I highly recommend!

From the customer service, to the overall cleanliness, to the quality and price of the storage unit we had, this storage place is the BEST. I can't recommend them enough! The staff was super helpful, friendly, and communicative. The lobby was crystal clean and well organized. The storage unit itself was climate controlled, clean, and well maintained. We were even able to rent a truck from there for free when we first moved our things! The pricing was also the best in the Lisle area. Loved our experience there!

Happy 2015. Hard to believe but what was supposed to be a short term storage has become longer than I expected. I've had a couple address changes and Elie has been wonderful to work with to keep my account updated. She is outstanding with customer details and has a fantastic personality with her customers. The facility is always top-notch, clean, orderly, pleasant to conduct business with. My unit is safe and secure and I have never had any issues at the Lisle location. I am so glad I decided to go with The Lock Up in Lisle. I don't worry a bit about my stuff being 1K miles from me, they have it all under control. Thank you so much Elie & The Lock Up for my peace of mind while I relocate. You are a keeper ! I highly recommend this facility.
