I was having an issue trying to get ahold of a store that houses my belongings but was unsuccessful. When I went into this location where I have another storage unit I was greeted by Sandy the store manager. She was absolutely wonderful! She jumped on my issue right away and got the answer I needed. This location is fantastic! Sandy is such an asset to this company. It was a pleasure meeting her. Highly recommend!

Nice place but have to complain. For the last few days, My fiance could not get into the facility to get his tools/ materials for work due to this crane & trucks obstructing the entrance into the facility. Apparently they are replacing the overhead cubesmart sign. This is becoming a huge headache & inconvenience not just for my fiance, but to every storage unit renter trying to get into their units. My fiance's tools/materials are very heavy & he was forced to have to walk all the way inside & make multiple trips just to get what he needed so he could get to work. Also, he used to have a working light inside his storage. We see all the other units have functional lights but for some reason, the power to his unit was shut off by management. It makes it rather difficult for him when he comes early in the morning/ returns late at night. He can't see anything. It's crazy how they charge a low rate for the first year & then every so often after that they jack up the prices. He pays enough every month to rent at CUBESMART, is it that much to ask to let him have access to his unit or power to the light in his unit that everyone else has access to except for him?? **A LITTLE HEADS UP OR NOTICE REGARDING THE CRANE AND/OR WORK BEING DONE NEAR THE ENTRANCE TO THE FACILITY WOULD HAVE BEEN A NICE GESTURE TO ALL THE PEOPLE RENTING THERE SO THEY COULD HAVE NOTICE IN ADVANCE OF THIS.***SOME PEOPLE STORE SEMIS AND VEHICLES INSIDE YOUR FACILITY. Not cool that no vehicle could drive in or out of the facility during this time. Who knows when they even will be finished with replacing that sign.

I was greeted by manager Hector he fully informed me about the App. For easy entrance access & billing and he took me to my storage location. Hector was very professional and informative. I was impressed by the extremely well managed & maintained facility. The facility was well lit, very clean it and when you come in the Flatbed Dollie’s are at the entrance so you aren’t having to search for them. A++ Facility & Management.
