I needed to find a storage unit to accommodate some furniture and other items after I move in a couple of days. I called Extra Space and Tyler was SO incredibly helpful in determining what size unit I would need and getting me signed up to start moving things in! I have had a smaller unit in the same facility for the last couple of years and the space is clean and well maintained - I feel safe keeping all my things here! Thanks again, Tyler, for all of your help!

I had such a wonderful experience today thanks to Maryann (I hope I’m remembering her name correctly). She was absolutely amazing—so kind, patient, and genuinely sweet. She showed me around the entire facility, answered all my questions, and truly made the decision of choosing a storage company (and moving from my current one) beyond easy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I hands-down recommend both her and this facility, she is an absolute gem!

Lot was not plowed or salted 2 days after snow. I fell twice trying to visit space. I tried to talk to clerk. She was sitting in office looking at her her phone with the door locked at 1130am on a weekday.

The store manager of this location, Mary Ann is such a warm, sweet, and an awesome person. I had made a reservation for a storage space on a Friday (which was supposed to be valid till 7 days) under a deal/promotion being offered by Extra Space Storage that time that included the 1st month free. When I reached there physically on Monday evening, my storage had been given to someone else and the deal/promotion was over and the 1st month free was no longer valid. In less than 24 hours, Mary Ann did whatever was needed, and got all the internal approvals necessary to honor the original deal I had signed up for. By Tuesday afternoon, I had my storage with the original deal, thanks to Mary Ann. Five stars to her and this location. If you are looking for storage space in the Naperville area, I strongly recommend this place.

Phil was very helpful, professional, informative and thorough with explaining the rental policies and process. He made sure I understood everything that was being explained. One note to add, I have been looking to get a storage unit for about a month and a half, and although I didn’t deal with them at this time, Hillary and Marianne were also very helpful. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
