Moved in mid October got a prorated since it was the middle of the month. Stopped in once a month or so. Storage unit was broken in too. Nothing to valuable was stolen. File a police report. Wasn’t the first time police were there for broken into units. Insurance has been nothing but a headache to deal with. At some point my rate was raised by $42 a month with supposed to be a post card notification. Starting slowly moving my stuff to another location and twice I’ve seen police in there. Moved to out on the 5th of the month. No prorated fees refunded. Security is none. Side gate door is accessible by anyone. The office people super nice and polite.

Started off at $115 per month a few years ago and currently at $192(70% increase). Gate is randomly open at times, someone seems to be living in one of the units and giant potholes along the fence on the side of the trucking company. I’ll need to get out of here. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down! If you are going to raise prices, at least make sure you have the basics covered. Update 2/18: Michael called to see if there was anything they could do about the situation, which was encouraging and showed they are being proactive in addressing customer complaints. I’m still planning to look into other options that seem more reasonable in their pricing and less focused on only profit. The increase from $115 to $192 in under three years has unfortunately left a sour taste. Perhaps too many people have moved out due to ongoing issues and they’re trying to make up the difference, but I shouldn’t speculate.
