Very kind and thoughtful, happy to answer any questions I’ve had about my rentals … and there’s a handful … and has thought of questions or suggestions to share w/ me, (especially when I have a bunch of stuff moving around or I’m adding more units to the group) that have saved me time and effort over something I totally forgot about by accident. Well the place is nice but it's a real bait and switch they get you in there on a low rate and after a few months nearly 1/3 rate increase so be prepared they will increase you so if you have any interest in long term you'll get a wonderful letter saying they're happy to let you know that the rate is gone up by a significant amount it is very poor business and we will never go back there. actually it's been a blessing for me because I did find a place significantly cheaper than other original price paying and it's just as nice of the facility
