I've been with them since before Storage Sense took over. But even when Storage Sense took over, the new staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating any time we needed a new unit. Most recently, I was helped by Melissa and she was very friendly and helpful, and the manager was very friendly and helpful too. Prices are very reasonable for the sizes offered. I recommend Storage Sense to anyone who is looking for a storage unit. I do wish that there was lighting for the rows on the right (there is only lighting for the rows on the left) and I wish the road was paved instead of gravel. Those are my only two grievances.

The representative Melissa was very helpful explaining the storage capabilities and easily coordinated my agreement/transaction quickly. Customer service was excellent. Units very clean. Price a bargain. I recommend Storage Sense for people that need their belongings safe and secure.

I would like to inform any old and new potential customers that the storage containers in row, ( I ) where mine are located they are not waterproof at all!! and they do very little to protect your cargo from the elements. I hope something is done to correct the water damage to my belongings…. I’d like to add that it has been at least 2 or 3 days sense it last rained in my area, that shows just how long this water damage will sit here and continue to damage my things until I water proof them.
