Roger at this facility went over and above on customer service. I reserved a unit on the phone with corporate telling them I wanted to reserve it for move in date 3 weeks from that date. They set me up without me knowing for move in that day. I called corporate the next day when I found out and they said nothing can be done. A few days later Roger called and asked if there was something amiss as I hadn’t moved in yet. I told him what had happened and he was somehow able to help me😃. I can’t say enough good things about management at this facility!
