Easy access to the different units my family had. I was the last one to move out and we had a total of 4 units since 2021 and never had a break in or issues accessing our units and the area around it was always clean. Never felt unsafe when I would go late in the afternoon on my own. No issues. Only reason we had to leave was due to us moving to Dallas & LA but we left our stuff in Anderson for over 2 years without any of us around to check on it and again never had issues with leakage, no rodent issues or anything.

Shout out to Marvin Churchwell! Thanks for being a delight to talk to and helping me out with confirming I paid for the month. He's got a great sense of humor and an even better attitude. When I told him who I was and I was part of the couple he wanted to marry he laughed, said he remembered, and continued on with saying he still will. We both had a good chuckle. I called him up saying im pretty sure payment went through but I got notification stating my payment didn't, after I set up auto pay at the same time of paying. I told him i saw money was drawn from account and on my Extra Space Storage account it showed as paid but he was still willing to check for me and fix the issue. Definitely a place to rent for your items, best customer care i have ever had.

Marvin was amazing. I purchased a storage unit from an online auction and Marvin was very kind and worked with me on my time to empty and clean the unit. Great experience and I look forward to any possible chances in the future to work with Marvin and this facility again.

Marvin, the site manager, was great! It was my first experience using a rental storage unit and I would definitely choose those one if I meed toon the future. He was friendly, personable and thorough. Having the kiosk on site there to call to get someone on the phone using just the kiosk was great when I was moving out while my phone happened to die. Very happy with my experience.

They doubled my rate after four months. When I called about this the lady I spoke with said she would give me a credit for the next month. And she would have her supervisor call me to see about getting the rate lowered at least a little bit since DOUBLING after four months is insane. Never got a call back and never got my credit for the next month. When I called after being charged the double price again the next month, the supervisor said since there was no message on the account there was no proof anyone promised me a credit so there was nothing they could do about that. He “tried” to get me a $20 refund but wasn’t sure if the higher ups would approve it. They apparently didn’t because it was never refunded back to me. I was told the prices change with the “market” however, I checked the prices online and they are selling the units the same size as mine currently for the same price I signed up for in the first place. This was not disclosed to me when I signed up. He literally told me if I moved out and signed up for another unit in my roommates name I could get the lower price but that was the only way to get it. Which is preposterous. This whole system is a scam in my opinion. And I did not appreciate being treated like a liar just because the new employee didn’t “record what she had promised me in the system”.
