My unit was ransacked, items destroyed and stolen. Yet the lock was on the unit. As I’ve seen other reviews on here saying the same thing, I believe there’s some type of inside scam/robbery going on with this company. I’ve called left messages for the Anderson location and the corporate number and no response. I sent an email too.. there’s supposedly 24hr surveillance as advertised but can’t get any help. How does one enter to a locked unit without the code? No lock broken, no forced entry…
