I had a great experience with this storage facility. The units are clean, secure, and well maintained. The property always feels safe, and the lighting and security features give me peace of mind when accessing my unit. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and willing to answer any questions I had. The move-in process was simple and hassle-free, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other places I checked. I would absolutely recommend this facility to anyone looking for dependable storage.

We have had a unit with them for 2 years. They have been great up until this past weekend. When we went to move our stuff out they had a combination lock on it we had a brinks lock on it. We had to call them to get the numbers for the lock. They said they found out unit without a lock in april so they put one on it. No one contacted us to tell us this. We open the door and our boxes are tossed all around crushed some were empty and stuff broke. Our couch had ashes on it and burn marks (we do not smoke) along with foot prints. Our TV was gone along with alot of other stuff. Some of our stuff was outside the door where they were going through boxes and just didn't care. Everything was stacked nearly. We even had a walk way. I called them back they tell us they are going to do an investigation and have their security department few the videos and for us to file a police report. So we did i call back today to see if they have found anything out. They tell me the security team viewed the cameras and didn't see anything. I find this very odd the cameras are pointing at are unit but they didnt see anything. They told me to call back with our police report number they can release the footage to the police so they can do an investigation and hopefully they can have better luck then they had. Are they serious!!! We picked them because we thought they were secure with the gates and codes. Boy were we wrong. I do believe this was their staff that took our stuff. Nothing worse than having your stuff taken from a company you trusted.

I can’t stand this place. I called for weeks because the gate was stuck open, nobody ever answered. I come to pick stuff up today, and there’s a dumpster and other stuff blocking my unit?? And still, can’t contact anyone.
