My business has used a unit at this storage facility over many years and through many management companies. The current company raises its rates - nothing has change in our use, and there is no reward for being a longtime client in good standing. If you need long term storage, expect to have your rates raised at least yearly of not more frequently. In response to the owner: (could not find how to answer their reply) We have called to complain and the only offer was to move to another storage unit. I'm not sure how that makes any sense.

Horrible experience at two locations. At this particular one they tried to swindle us out of money multiple times. One was where they place a lock on ur unit send you a thing in the mail saying u can’t have two locks and if it isn’t removed they charge you a stupid charge like 75 bucks as a penalty plus whatever to cut the lock off. Well I don’t take kindly to behavior like this and took care of it myself. Now they evicted us (thank god) and then gave us 2.5 days to clear out the unit. On the second day of unloading they trespass me knowing that I’m the only one with the truck and means to move our items out of the unit. Now I have to call today and see what ridiculous fee there gonna charge me to have access to my unit. After we just upgraded and switch to a 24 hour facility. Let’s hope for the best cause there is always alternative solutions. I worked my ass off to have the things I do and tools I have in that unit. I be damned if someone is gonna bully me and take my shit. The Washington location of a joke and they also knowing let people live in the units. 3 people currently do. Elderly ones at that.

We had a wonderful experience with storage rentals of America, Carrie was very helpful with all questions asked and was very kind and knowledgeable on all availability of units. This place is very affordable on their units as well. Will definitely recommend this place in the future and will use again if need be

IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE A 0/5 I WOULD!! We rented a unit online from Storage Rentals of America without realizing the terrible conditions we would find. When we arrived, the storage unit absolutely reeked, cockroaches were crawling everywhere, and it looked like something had rotted in the corner and left behind a disgusting stain. The facility itself felt unsafe—one of the gates was broken, leaving the property wide open to anyone who wanted to walk in. The whole reason we chose a storage unit was to keep our belongings safe and secure, but this was the complete opposite. When I immediately called to cancel and report the unit, I spoke with a woman named Kerry. She told me her manager would be in town that day and she’d let them know right away so I could get a refund. She also canceled my account since we couldn’t even use the unit given how neglected and unsanitary it was. Days went by, and I had to keep calling for updates. I called at least 4–5 times, and every time I was given excuses: “the manager was too busy,” “they forgot to tell them,” or “they had other things going on.” To make things worse, after my account had supposedly been canceled, I was charged AGAIN. When I called about that, I was told (yet again) that the manager would be in touch. It’s now been 3 weeks—no call, no email, no refund. Today, I spoke with Kerry again who said, “I see the note on your account, not sure why nobody has reached out to you.” When I asked for corporate’s phone number or email, I was told they don’t have one to give out. This has been a nightmare—unsanitary facilities, unsafe property, terrible customer service, and absolutely no accountability or resolution. I still haven’t received my refund, and the only thing I’ve gotten from this company is a runaround. ⚠️ My advice: go ANYWHERE but here. Don’t waste your money or risk your belongings with Storage Rentals of America.

We used this facility for storing some things before a big move. Alyssa was super helpful when we moved in and when we moved out! Really appreciate her friendly attitude and willingness to help with whatever was needed.
