PRO’s: Location is convenient and accessible anytime. CS is easy to communicate with. CON’s: I have been a tenant since 2017. My unit was broken into back in June of this year. As of today the holes have not been repaired. I did rent the unit behind the one that was broken into but the side is still open to the neighboring unit. The drive is gravel with potholes throughout. The rates have increased, mine has doubled and then some with no improvements done since I started renting there.

Local ReviewsPeople who answer the phone clearly don't like their job and don't explain the online booking process. When you arrive, there is no way to avoid many enormous potholes. The only way to drive around the buildings is to drive through grass (also with huge water filled potholes) that hasn't been mowed because the gravel has not been refreshed in ages. Driving between the buildings is difficult even for a standard car because they've installed yellow concrete posts several feet from the corners of all buildings that are difficult to avoid. I opened the unit to a disgusting smell of mold. So if you want Your vehicle and belongings to not suffer damage, don't go here.

Michael WiltfongWay overpriced, no fence and the lot is mud and gravel, huge ruts and lots of potholes. Building also sweats and makes things musty. Started out at $90 a month 3 yrs ago. $160 now and they haven't maintained anything
