Tim O'ConnorCory is great!!! Had an issue over the weekend with my unit not opening. He replaced the lock and battery with a key fob. Also gave a discount on my rent. He went way above and beyond . Excellent customer service here with Cory. Highly recommend because of him.

The facility itself is nice. The low stars is due to the very bad experience I had trying to move in. I was facing some complications with the app trying to open my unit. I called customer service who directed me to go to the office as it should have someone there. I knocked on the office door, Erin looked at me, walked right by me directly out the door without even asking if I needed help. I asked her if anyone else was available to give me a hand. She said no and that she was on lunch. She walked away without another word. I had to call customer service again who took care of the issue. An hour later when I was finished unloading my things she came back. I will never recommend this place because of her.
Tabitha CastroFacility is very clean and well lit. Security measures i feel are great. And Corey was very polite and professional, he definitely knows the business ans makes things pretty easy.
