I have been a tenant with your storage facility since late 2023. While I have been a consistent customer, I have encountered an issue with my billing that needs to be addressed. On August 21, I spoke with a customer service representative to negotiate my monthly rate, which had increased from $115 to $150. The representative agreed to a new rate of $135 per month. However, this change was never applied to my account. Yes I did inquire about the move out process which should have NOT been interrupted by agreement set in place. As a result, I was improperly charged based on the higher rate and subsequently charged a late fee. My current bill is now $200. I was informed that the discounted rate would not apply until the next billing cycle, despite the error being the company's own failure to update my rate as negotiated. This handling of the billing issue and the failure to honor a negotiated agreement is poor business practice. I believe it is unfair to penalize a loyal customer for an internal error. I would like the late fee removed and my rate adjusted for the current month as agreed upon in our conversation on August 21.

Don't rent from here unless you want to get ripped off. They constantly significantly increase prices and they also won't pro rate you when you move out. I got charged full price plus a late fee of $20 when I moved out of my unit on the 10ty. I had to pay full price for 10 days and they wouldn't let me in my unit until I paid full price for 10 DAYS. Their customer service is also horrible and they have alot of hidden terms in the lease. Stay away from this place.

Beware people if your are looking for a good storage place to store your items. This is definitely not the one to use. I miss heartland storage they were way better than this gostore self storage. They're think about is get your money and raise rates. They do not care about customers. I'm thinking real hard to take my business elsewhere. If I could give to them zero Stars I would. They're going to take the business down to the ground. The way they treat people pretty sad..

BEWARE! I rented a 10x30 unit for 230 per month. Within 2 years we were at 460 .. EVERY 3 months they were raising the rates ! I moved out found a place for 125.00 per mo. So far so good . Storsafe is in it for the $ and don't care about the customers at all !

Now my unit was late paid on but this company had the whole weekend to take the lock off !!! One they do not have any consideration of your time, tell you one time and date but do the exact opposite truly on purpose shows me how Amanda, Nicole & and Heather did not care and wasted clearly 53 minutes of my time waiting for a lock to be taken off which I didn’t need to be up at the site !!! Amanda clearly lied and stated to Heather that I left the site when one you have cameras on the location to see I never left when I should especially now knowing I did not need to be up there !!! When it comes to being the most nice and patience person and everyone knows me knows and will state that it takes a lot for me to get upset but it was going on three days of leaving back and forth messages that someone would have the lock off before I came back the next day at the same time and only for the lock to still be on the unit to call to give me the wrong combination!!! No paperwork what was the need to tell me you need a physical address when for over two or more years of the same unit no one called or email stated that was a need but the day of policy!!! So I hate to leave reviews but this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced from the manager and up this is definitely how you do not treat customers!!!!! Units are over priced and to charge $20 for a late fee and leave a lock on a unit that was paid after the fact shows you that they don’t care and ripping of the customers!!! The company before the remote was a little better now it’s more about taking from the customers and doing things on their time to punish you to wait !!!
